Your Thank-yous Are Our Trophies
Deciding upon retirement living is a very personal decision. Every family and situation is different. At Ecumenical, we pride ourselves in providing individualized customer service whether in independent living and personal care or memory support and restorative care. This approach enables us to connect with our residents and their families in a more personal way to ensure we meet their preferences and needs.
Retirement living can involve ups and downs even within a level of care like independent living or memory care. We’re here for our residents through each of them. We’re fulfilled by their happiness, their comfort, their safety.
However when we receive a thank-you—big or small—from a resident or family member, we know we’ve succeeded in making a difference—big or small. Here are a few of those thank-yous and positive feedback from all levels of care: independent living, personal care, memory support and restorative care.
“I give high praise and a big thank-you to your staff.”
“We cannot say enough about the entire staff, from the admissions to reception to housekeeping. EVERYONE was exceptionally courteous, caring and responsive. A+++. Mom’s greatest joy was the social environment.”
“Ecumenical is a warm place when you walk in, and the people and staff are very friendly. You have been wonderful to my parents. I would definitely recommend Ecumenical to others in a similar situation explaining ‘if you are going to go anywhere, they should go there.’ My parents get good care. They are 89 and 91 and lived on their own for a long time. I think everybody at Ecumenical took the time to try to make them feel warm and welcome and tried to talk to them and get them involved in activities and make them feel at home. It was so easy for them to move in.”
“You exceeded my expectations and were extremely understanding of my dad’s change in temperament as his dementia from his Parkinson’s worsened. I can never thank the entire staff enough for their kindness to my dad. I truly hope you continue to enjoy the jukebox—both residents and staff.”
“Everyone was caring and friendly. When it became necessary for my mother to move to the dementia unit we found the staff there to be exceptionally understanding and caring.”
"The staff members are very caring people who look after our interests. It's a real nice place if you want or need a home away from home.”
“The location and price of Ecumenical Retirement Community are what I like best. You couldn’t find friendlier people.”
“I am totally happy here. I have a feeling of security. It’s like being on vacation.”
“It’s a beautiful, lovely place; I’m very happy here. Everybody is friendly and thoughtful.”
